ECo Global Consulting has levelled up its Wellness Program by partnering with 360 Fit Teams! This partnership aims to create a healthier,
better workplace for all, with professional coaches to guide ECo employees through their fitness journey.
The program kicked off on 08 September 2023, with a wellness talk by 360 Fit experts and taking the employees’ baseline measurements. Employees were then divided into
six teams and met up with their coaches, who would be guiding them through the designated weekly challenges for the next 12 weeks. The Challenges will comprise of activities
focusing on movement, steps and nutrition, with the end goal of making fitness and good nutrition a regular habit for everyone. 360 Fit will also hold special fitness classes
every week on Wednesdays and/or Fridays.
In the spirit of friendly competition, points will be given to the teams for completing the various challenges. Expect awards and prizes for the top team and the top
individual achievers at the Culminating Activity on 15 December 2023! This will surely be a rewarding experience for everyone in ECo, as we aim to make holistic wellness
both attainable and sustainable in the long term.
