From July 31st to August 2nd 2024, the team of ECo Global Consulting celebrated their 11th anniversary at Henann Prime Beach Resort in Boracay Island. Colleagues and special guests from around the world gathered to mark this significant milestone. The three-day event embraced the theme “Islang PantropECo,” combining fun, community service, and friendly competition, all against the backdrop of Boracay's beautiful shores.
The festivities kicked off on July 31st, with team members gathering on the beach for photos at sunset. It was a beautiful start to a night that brought everyone together. The celebration continued in the Henann Prime function room, where attendees enjoyed a buffet dinner and feted 11 years of ECo's success. The night was filled with singing, dancing, and laughter, as the ECo team and their guests celebrated the achievements of the past year. The energy on the dance floor was infectious, and spirits were high.
On August 1st, the team took a break from the beach to give back to the community. In partnership with Springboard Foundation, ECo visited the Masa Ati Community in Malay, Aklan, where they donated school supplies, umbrellas, and other essentials to local schoolchildren. A laptop was also gifted to the teachers to support the local school. This interaction left everyone deeply moved by the warm and heartfelt welcome of the community.
The final day of celebration on August 2nd focused on friendly competition and adventure. The first EColympics took place at the resort's beachfront, where four teams tried to outsmart, outrun and outlast each other in games like In&Out, Patintero, and a Duathalon. The beach was filled with laughter, good natured rivalry, and athletic spirit, as team members competed for bragging rights and prizes.
The day was capped with a Paraw sailing experience at sunset. The rolling waves, brisk winds and stunning view was the perfect backdrop to end the weekend. It was followed by an evening of food, songs, and thanksgiving, ending the festivities with a toast to the future. It was fitting finale for ECo's unforgettable 11th year.
