When I founded ECo Global Consulting almost 10 years ago, it was because I wanted the freedom of choice. I wanted what I thought was the next level dream of my professional career--where I get to choose the people (our team, partners and even our clients) that I work with, without the unnecessary stress and heartaches. I wanted to serve others, and at the same time, honor and protect my values. I wanted a community where people truly belong; are seen, accepted, and even loved.
 

However cheesy, we chose as part of our company vision, the line "to be the employer of choice with a culture of heart and soul". For what is it to gain titles, accolades, and make more money, when it doesn't feel as fulfilling and meaningful to us? In short, I wanted the best of both worlds. To do IT work and enjoy it. Every. Single. Day.

So really, it has been a long journey towards making ECo Global Consulting a great place to work. The GPTW certification, confirmed by a resounding 100% of our team, is a testament that with intention, passion, persistence, hard/smart work and authenticity, dreams do come true.

Next year, we strive for more... we ride higher, reach further. As we ride the next wave, we embrace what lies ahead. We find the joy in what we choose to do, while making sure there is room for the other important parts of our life, and achieve that seemingly elusive balance of work and wellness.
