Scale and Sustain: ECo Global Consulting Celebrates 10th Anniversary in El Nido, Palawan

ECo Global Consulting marked its 10th year anniversary with an unforgettable celebration on the stunning island of Miniloc in El Nido, Palawan, on July 29-31, 2023. This enchanted island with its natural beauty and turquoise waters provided an ideal setting for a celebration of triumphs, as well as a time for reflection on the company's decade-long journey.
 

 

The celebration was a whirlwind of exciting activities for the 39 employees and special guests of ECo Global Consulting. Everyone had the chance to explore the nearby islands, uncovering hidden beaches, secluded coves and lagoons that looked straight out of a travel brochure. One of the highlights was snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, revealing a vibrant underwater world, with colorful coral gardens and an abundance of marine life. The sight of jackfish added an extra touch of wonder to this aquatic adventure. The days were filled with laughter and camaraderie, forging deeper connections among the employees and guests. The culinary journey was equally spectacular, with impressive buffets featuring an array of local and international dishes.
 

At the anniversary celebration on the second evening, everyone was clad in white, and were treated to a video presentation showing our #ECoStory -- from ECo Global Consulting's promising launch ten years ago by founder Elen Dela Rosa, to the company's early wins, milestones, struggles and eventual growth, and highlighting the many PEOPLE who have contributed to the company's success. It was an opportunity to share fond memories, express gratitude, and convey wishes for the future.
 

 

As the sun set, and amidst the growing darkness, ten lanterns, aglow with warm light, were carefully lit and set afloat on the calm sea. As their gentle flames danced in the night, they became a symbol of the company's luminous journey. A sealed bottle was also set into the sea, carrying the wishes of every employee and guest. Each note held dreams and good thoughts, representing the team spirit and shared dreams that drive the company.
 

The tagline, ''Scale and Sustain,'' echoed throughout the event, reminding all present of the company's dedication to achieve growth in the decades to come, while upholding its core values and realizing its vision to be the employer of choice with a culture of heart and soul. The commemoration of this milestone was not only a tribute to the past, but also a promise for an even brighter future, as ECo Global Consulting aspires for a position of positive influence and change on a global scale.
